Jadepaw/feather was taken aback at the sudden ceremony. "I...I don't know what to say. Aren't we supposed to do this at the MoonPit with the other medicine cats?"

Bearclaw somehow managed to get up. He had a slight limp, but he seemed fine.
"Thanks Jadefeather." He said with a smile.
The two walked into the leader's den to tell Owlstar (Owlstar, right?)

Jadefeather was excited to tell her father of her full name. Just then, she spotted movement out of the corner of her eye. It was her brother, Woodstream. He looked anxious and nervous as he backed into the shadows of the camp. "Hey pastry, can you tell Owlstar without me? I think we're running low on the lamb's ear..." Jadefeather called to her mentor (heheh pastry!). With that, Jadefeather followed her brother out the secret passegeway. He was headed towardsd the PeckerClan border!

Meanwhile, the newly named Jadefeather was stalking her brother. OOC:// That sounds WRONG. BIC:// Woodstream was sitting at the border, apparently waiting for someone. When it appeared nobody was coming, the bushes rustled. Jadefeather pricked her ears in alarm. Out of the bush slid a slender white she-cat with brown and black spots and amber eyes. Jadefeather recognized her as Skyfall, a PeckerClan she-cat, from a Gathering. The two cats brushed muzzles and padded off together, as if they had been meeting like this for moons....

barreling into her mentor and falling over.
"OOF! Sorry, pastry. I just......have something to tell you...."she mumbled as she shook her fur.

Jadefeather knewthat if she revealed her brother's secret, he would never forgive her. "Let's just say that if Woodstream finds a stray kit sometime soon...well....I'll tell you about it when that happens."
