Hm...well, I'm too lazy to rate them, but here are my picks for most undeserving:

Mosskit- He was a kit, he had his whole life ahead of him.

Cinderpelt- SHE WAS TOO AWESOME TO DIE.

Bluestar- Thing is, for the entire deration of a Dangerous Path, you want her to die because she gets so annoying and crazy, but then when it actually happens, you're like, "AW, NOW THAT IS JUST SAD."

Yellowfang- I'm sorry, I was really sad when she went.

Spottedleaf- I didn't really like her, but she totally didn't deserve what happened to her.

Willowpelt- She didn't deserve what happened to her! Plus, she was killed right in front of...I forgot his name. One of her kits.

Whitestorm- No, just NO.

And non-Warriors:
Zack Fair (Final Fantasy VII)- 'Nough said.

Aerith Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII)- 'Nough said.
