Tapecat, this board is called "Random Fan Fiction"! It's not supposed to be about Warrior Cats! lol
Anyway, it's about a bad person who is changing his ways, and is very confident and determined. By "riding with the wind" he is changing with ease; going with the flow. "Fleeing from a soul chagrined" and "leaving all the troubles sinned" means he's leaving his old self behind. He's not afraid of the dangers on his lonely path, because he's confident, and he knows he's doing the right thing. The fourth stanza especially shows his confidence and determination.
